Make Money in Stocks in 2012 by following some simple strategies designed to fit your schedule. I’m often told I don’t promote myself as much as I should… and to be honest, I’m not comfortable with much self-promotion. I designed this site to help others “make money in the stock market every morning,” not for my own trading which I was already doing. Nevertheless, I do think it’s important to share with you how to make money trading stocks without taking huge risks!
Make Money Trading Stocks on the Weekends
I’m sympathetic toward those who simply don’t have the time, knowledge, or experience to sit in front of their computers trading for a living. In fact, I’m with you… employed full time, with family commitments and other aspects of life that keep me extremely busy. So, when friends and family were losing 30% plus during the market correction of 2007-08, I was frustrated by their responses which looked something like this:
- I simply don’t have the time to watch it everyday.
- My advisor tells me this is a great time to buy… just buy and hold he says and he’ll take care of the rest.
- It’s so hard to know what to do… even my bond fund is crumbling. I thought bonds were suppose to be safe investments?
- Most of my investments are tied up in my retirement plan… but the way things are going, I’m going to have to work 5 more years now! I feel so betrayed!
- I can’t trust anyone… how do you really know what results they get if they only share the good stories?
You’ve likely heard, if not said, things like that yourself. I know I have… frustrated by the constraints of life, believing that if only I had more time, I could be a successful and profitable investor. Yet, if you look around the markets during these times, including right square in the eye with many of your professional advisors (who dedicate their full-time jobs to managing your money), you quickly discover the sum of education, time, and other resources doesn’t equal success. After all, the vast majority of mutual fund managers, financial advisors, etc. lost money during these difficult times. Almost anyone can make money when 8 out of 10 stocks are rising in a bull market. But it is a unique individual who can protect capital, minimize risk, and maximize returns in any market conditions.
So, I developed the Weekend Investor Strategy, designed for the average Joe/Jane who do not have much time, money, financial education, etc. but still want to be successful investors. Quite simply, they want to make money in the markets, not lose it. So I developed and shared with you the Weekend Investor Strategy (be sure to click the link to read the principles). And it has proven to provide consistently profitable results.
In 2012, I will be posting those results on my webpage… so you can see the consistent profits available to average investors with little time, money, expertise, or even interest in the markets. I added a page under “Newsletter” called “Trading Results.” I’ll be updating this on a monthly basis. For now, we have 9 stock positions held in the Weekend Investor Newsletter, all of which are up and have no inherent risk. Some were up as much as 15% no the weekend. I’ll keep you posted… so be sure to check out that page next week!
For now, if you have a little extra time (5 minutes per evening), you may want to check out the 10 Stocks for 10% guarantee. We’re already above 17% returns and they are climbing. They are real-time, updated each evening, so you don’t have to worry about whether or not the results are being fudged… they are laid out each evening for you to follow, use, and double-check for yourself. I’ll share a little more on this in a couple of days!
For now, I want to encourage you… and let you know you can be a successful investor. With a little discipline and a few minutes each weekend, you can make money in stocks in 2012 by following some simple strategies designed to fit your schedule, even if it’s only a few minutes each weekend!
